About Us
WalCrest Investment Group, LLC dba WalCrest Homes LLC is a privately held real estate investment company formed in 2018, specializing in the acquisition of distressed properties with the primary goal to transform these properties from an aesthetic and financial drain on their communities into affordable housing the end homeowner can be proud of.
We develop and rehab apartments, homes, and land that otherwise may be viewed as undesirable and unsightly burdens on their respective neighborhoods. We put each project through a rigorous beautification process, to bring them up to occupancy codes and commensurate with the homes in the community.
Our focal areas of operation are: Delaware, Georgia, Maryland, Texas, Washington, DC, West Virginia, and Virginia.
